A Sweet Dream

  THE DREAM 

The dreams are sometimes good and bad the bad dreams called nightmare before going to bed we say sweet dreams. The dreams come in Deep sleep and REM stage only, more of the people are not going the proper sleep cycle at night. Some people did not sleep in the night have dreamless sleep in their life.
The stage of sleep 

Stage one& two: light sleep 
  Light sleep initiates your sleep cycle and acts as a transition to deeper sleep stages. During this stage your muscles begin to relax, your heart rate and breathing slow down, and you wake up easily. body temperature is deceased you slowly going to sleep. Nowadays more of the people expires the light sleep in light sleep easy wake up at that time. More people expense the light sleep.

Stage two: Deep sleep 
  Deep sleep focuses on your body. It is the most rejuvenating and restorative sleep stage, promoting muscle growth and repair your body as well as waste removal in your brain. In this stage, you have difficulty waking up and are disoriented or groggy if awoken. More of the people expense the block out in memory, the brain stores the memory of the full day in a deep sleep only at night. The deep sleep help to repair the damaged cell in your body, blood pressure low in a deep sleep only, deep sleep carries out a leading role in the health. Some people expense deep sleep.

Stage R: REM Sleep 
  REM (rapid eye movement sleep) in stage R the brain is active the heart rate is increases and the eyeball move rapidly that time you in a dream the brain show a vision to you that is not stored properly in your brain because The hippocampus is less active the dream stored in the temporary memory that why we do not remember the full dream.

The dream is a vision showed by the brain most of the dream come in R stage only the dream is an illusion performed by a brain. Dreams always fantastic because the brain learns from a dream (it is part of the training.) to handle this situation in real-time and how to react in that situation. In the R stage sometimes, we can dream more than 2 dreams and also recall that dream (In my life I have dreamed 3 other dreams in one sleep after wake up I thought this also dream)

Why has all the dream come in early Morning? 
 We spend a long time in light sleep after that we enter the deep sleep in late night, we are in R stage in the early morning so we easily wake up became our brain activity is high and heart rate also high in that time our sense is enhanced, we did not see the full dream because of wakeup before dream end incomplete dream.

What if? control the dream 

First, we want to know the difference between a dream and real-world (to collect the information and note every detail early find out we are a dream or real) first step is only very tough, then you have full control of your dream second step is to think clearly what you want in this dream? The third step is to be calm and try to control your self. Because you have to control your self your brain is active and your body is also a move.
