The Sleepless Night's Dreams

The sleepless nights    


Everyone has a sleepless night of our life. We dream without sleep most of the people experience that night, the brain activity is high we think a lot and planning for the future at night so we can't sleep that night.

  

Things cause sleep  

  • Blue light from a display 
  • Overthinking in night 
  • High Body temperature 
  • Stress (both body and mental stress) 

  

Blue light  

We are using LED and LCD now a day like a smartphone, computer, laptop, tab and TV (television) this screen is emitting blue light. The light is affecting the eye and send a signal to the brain like it is still a day (like an illusion) so we can't sleep.

  

Overthinking at night   

It is also causing your sleep cycle because your brain activity has become very high that time that is also one of the reasons for sleep, you want to go to sleep keep calm your mind and reduce your activity think you're like a free bird. 

High body temperature   

It also one of the reasons this when you do physical activity high it raising your body temperature do not work out at night, avoid work out at night.  

  

Stress  

This is the only reason for sleepless in the night both body stress and mental stress, body stress is relaxed by warm water bath before sleep takes the bath it very helps to sleep, mental stress impacts in all life because just talk about your problem with someone loves you the only solution. 

 what if we can't sleep for a week?

We feel depressed, stressed, our brain tissue becomes damaged simply we become an animal
